To be eligible for insurance, the event must:
- Be less than 90 days in duration;
- Up to 10,000. attendees per day;
- Take place anywhere in the U.S. (except AK, HI, NH)
- Not have Stunts, Pyrotechnics, Aircraft, Hazardous Activities, Car Races, Precision Driving, Mechanical Devices, Private Armed Security Guards, Film Production, Rap/Hip-Hop Music, Rock/Metal Music, Rides, Take place in Water, nor be outside the U.S.
