 You are required by state law to carry this insurance and it applies to all personnel, temporary or permanent, including "independent contractors", unless they have provided you with proof (Certificate of Insurance) that they carry their own insurance. The coverage provides medical, disability, death benefits and a portion of lost wages to personnel for incidents occurring in the course of their employment and operates on a 24 hour basis whenever employees are on location away from their home base.
